José Manuel Barroso
José Manuel Durão Barroso (IPA: [ʒuˈzɛ mɐˈnwɛl duˈɾɐ̃w bɐˈʁozu]; born 23 March 1956) is a Portuguese politician. He is the current non-executive chairman at Goldman Sachs International.[1] He was the 11th President of the European Commission (2004–2014) and the 115th Prime Minister of Portugal (2002–2004).
