Parliament of Uganda
The Parliament of Uganda is the country's unicameral legislative body.
The most significant of the Ugandan parliament's job is to pass laws. The fiscal issues of the government, such as taxation and loans need the sanction of the parliament, after appropriate debate.[1]

The tower that separates the east from the north wing buildings at the Uganda Parliament. this tower together with the parliament was built by the British colonial government in the late 1950s as a gift to Uganda just before it attained its independence.
