Pawtucket, Rhode Island
Pawtucket /pəˈtʌkɪt/ (
listen) is a city in Providence County, Rhode Island, United States. The population was 75,604 at the 2020 census.[1] It is the fourth largest city in the state.
The name "Pawtucket" comes from the Algonquian word for "river fall."[2]
