Penn Biden Center for Diplomacy and Global Engagement

The Penn Biden Center for Diplomacy and Global Engagement of the University of Pennsylvania in Washington, D.C., and is named for the 46th president of the United States, Joe Biden.[1][2][3] It is a think tank.[4]
