Pete Aguilar
Peter Rey Aguilar /ˈæɡjəˌlɑːr/ (born June 19, 1979) is a Mexican-American politician. He is the U.S. Representative from California's 31st congressional district. He is a member of the Democrat. He was Mayor of Redlands, California from 2010 to 2014.

Aguilar is a Chief Deputy Whip in the House Democratic Caucus and Whip of the Congressional Hispanic Caucus.[1][2] Aguilar was vice chair of the House Democratic Caucus. In 2022, he was elected Chair of the House Democratic Caucus, making him the highest-ranking Latino in Congress.[3]
