Peter Coyote (born Robert Peter Cohon, October 10, 1941) is an American actor, voice artist, author, director, screenwriter, activist and narrator. He is well known for his work on movies, theatre, television and audiobooks. He was born in New York City. In 1992, he won an Emmy Award.
