Plectrohyla lacertosa
The pop-eyed spikethumb frog (Plectrohyla lacertosa) is a frog that lives in Mexico. Scientists have only seen it in two places, both in the Sierra Madre mountains in Chiapas. They saw it 1000 to 2134 meters above sea level.[3][1]
