Pointe-Noire

Pointe-Noire is the second largest town of the Republic of the Congo. It is in the south in Kouilou Department. As of 2007, 715,000 people lived there.[2]

Pointe-Noire is a commune divided into six urban districts (arrondissements):
- Patrice Emery Lumumba district, the oldest area. It is the administrative and commercial centre.
- Mvou-Mvou
- Tié-Tié
- Loandjili district
- Mongo-Pokou district
- Ngoyo district
