Powerslave
Powerslave is a studio album by Iron Maiden. It went on sale on 3 September 1984.[1] It was the second most popular album in England when it started being sold.[1]

The album got good reviews; one person said it was "classic and essential."[2]
One of the songs, "Rime of the Ancient Mariner," was adapted from a poem of the same name by Samuel Taylor Coleridge.[2] It is Iron Maiden's longest song (almost 14 minutes).
