Raúl Méndez

Raúl Méndez Martínez (born April 11, 1975) is a Mexican actor. He was born in Laguna, Torreón, Coahuila, Mexico. He is known for his roles in El Sexo Débil, El Señor de los Cielos and as Colombian President César Gaviria in the Netflix series Narcos.[1]
