Ramzan Kadyrov
Ramzan Kadyrov (Russian: Рамза́н Ахма́дович Кады́ров, Chechen: Къадар АхIмат-кIант Ръамазан; born 5 October 1976) is a Chechen politician. He became the Head of the Chechen Republic in February 2007. He is a former Chechen rebel.
