Raymond Ramazani Baya

Raymond Ramazani Baya (16 June 1943 – 1 January 2019) was a Congolese politician. He was the Foreign Minister of the Democratic Republic of the Congo[1] under the transitional government following his appointment to that post on July 23, 2004. He left the office on February 6, 2007. Before, he was the Ambassador of Zaire to France from 1990 to 1996.

Baya died on 1 January 2019 at a Paris hospital at the age of 75.[2]
