Richard Steven Horvitz
Richard Steven Horvitz (born July 29, 1966) is an American voice actor. He voiced an eponymous alien in Invader Zim, Billy in The Grim Adventures of Billy & Mandy, Jonny 2x4 in Ed, Edd n Eddy, Kaos in Skylanders and Daggett in The Angry Beavers.
