Robert Adair (physicist)
Robert Kemp Adair (August 14, 1924 – September 28, 2020) was an American physicist. He latterly held the position of Sterling Professor Emeritus of physics at Yale University.[1][2][3] He was born in Fort Wayne, Indiana. In 1997, he became a member of the American Academy of Arts and Sciences.
Adair died on September 28, 2020 in Hamden, Connecticut at the age of 96.[4]
