Ryan Murphy

Ryan Murphy (born November 9, 1965)[1] is an American screenwriter, director and producer. He is the creator of the television series Nip/Tuck and Glee. Murphy also made the WB network series Popular, which aired from 1999 to 2001. As of 2011, some movies he will direct are underworks.

Murphy is a graduate of Warren Central High School in Indianapolis, Indiana. He also went to Indiana University in Bloomington, Indiana.

Personal life

Murphy is openly gay.[2] Murphy says he sometimes goes to church in Los Angeles.[3]
