Biography
Moriwaki was born in Fukuyama on April 6, 1986. He joined J1 League club Sanfrecce Hiroshima from their youth team in 2005. However he could hardly play in the match. In 2006, he moved to J2 League club Ehime FC on loan. He played many matches as right side back in 2 seasons. In 2008, he returned to Hiroshima which was relegated to J2 from 2008. He played many matches as right back of three backs defense. Hiroshima also won the champions in 2008 and was promoted to J1 from 2009. In 2012, Hiroshima won the J1 champions. In 2013, he moved to Urawa Reds. Urawa won the 2nd place in the 2014 and 2016 J1 League. In 2017, Urawa won the champions in the 2017 AFC Champions League. Urawa also won the 2nd place in the 2019 AFC Champions League. In 2020, he moved to J2 club Kyoto Sanga FC.
In January 2011, Moriwaki was selected the Japan national team for 2011 Asian Cup. Although he did not play in the match, Japan won the champions. On June 1, he debuted for the Japan national team against Peru. He played 3 games for Japan until 2013.
