San Andreas, California
San Andreas is a census-designated place in Calaveras County, California. It is the county seat of Calaveras County. At the 2020 census, 2,994 people lived there. It was founded in the California Gold Rush.

Old Calaveras County Courthouse, built 1867, served in that role for 100 years. Afterwards, it was turned into the Calaveras County Museum, and was listed on the National Register of Historic Places (NRHP).
