San Marcos, California
San Marcos is a city in San Diego County, California, United States. It has a population of 94,833 people, as of 2020.[1] The city was incorporated on January 28, 1963.[2]

San Marcos, California Media
The origins and name of San Marcos come from Rancho Vallecitos de San Marcos, a Mexican-era rancho granted in 1840 to Californio ranchero José María Alvarado by his cousin Governor Juan Bautista Alvarado.
