Sarcohyla celata

The Oaxaca tree frog (Sarcohyla celata) is a frog that lives in Mexico. It lives in cloud forests. Scientists have seen it between 2640 and 2890 meters above sea level in the Sierra Juárez in Oaxaca.[3][1]
