Scott is a municipality in Lafayette Parish, Louisiana, United States. It is the second largest municipality in the state. The population grew to over 8,000 according to the 2010 census results.

Scott is a suburb of Lafayette and is part of the Lafayette Metropolitan Statistical Area.
