Stanley Karnow
Stanley Abram Karnow (February 4, 1925 – January 27, 2013) was an American journalist and historian. He is best known for his writings on the Vietnam War. He was born in Brooklyn, New York. In 1990, he won a Pulitzer Prize.
Karnow died on January 27, 2013 in Potomac, Maryland of congestive heart failure, aged 87.[1]
