Das Kloster St. Georgen war eine Benediktinerabtei in Stein am Rhein im Kanton Schaffhausen, Schweiz. Schutzpatrone des Klosters waren St. Georg und St. Cyrill. Es handelt sich um eine der am besten erhaltenen mittelalterlichen Klosteranlagen der Schweiz.
