Susan Bysiewicz

Susan Bysiewicz (/ˈbzəwɪts/ bye--wits;[1] born September 29, 1961) is an American politician. She became the 109th Lieutenant Governor of Connecticut on January 9, 2019.[2] She was the 72nd secretary of the state of Connecticut from 1999 to 2011.

She ran unsuccessfully for governor of Connecticut in 2010 and for the United States Senate in 2011.
