Sushilkumar Shinde
Sushilkumar Sambhaji Shinde (born 4 September 1941)[1] is an Indian politician. He was the Minister of Home Affairs and Power in the Manmohan Singh government.
He was also the Leader of the House in Lok Sabha[2][3] until 26 May 2014.
He was the Chief Minister of the state of Maharashtra during 18 January 2003 to October 2004.
Shinde unsuccessfully ran for Vice-President of India in 2002, but lost the election to Bhairon Singh Shekhawat.
