History

The junior college was established in 1966 with one academic department.[2]

In 1967 the one academic department was divided into two majors, and added one major in 2005[2]

In 1969 a daytime part time course was set up 1969, but the last year of accepting students was 1986. It ended in 1989.[2]

In 1984 another academic department was set up. The last year of accepting students was 1993. It ended in 1996.

It originally took only female students. The school began accepting male students in some departments in 1987. It has been accepting male students in all departments since 1992.[2]

It moved to its present campus in 2012.[2]
