Swedish Chef
The Swedish Chef is a Muppet character that appeared on The Muppet Show. He was voiced by Jim Henson and performed by Jim Henson and Frank Oz. Since Jim Henson's death, he has been played by Bill Barretta. He is known for not speaking English, but instead a fake version of the Swedish language, mostly just saying "Børk".
