Takashi Sugimura
Lua error in Module:Unicode_data at line 293: attempt to index local 'data_module' (a boolean value). was a Japanese biochemist. He was known for his research on chemical carcinogens. He received the Japan Prize his research on the causes of cancer.[1] He was elected as President of the Japan Academy on October 15, 2013.[2]
Sugimura died on September 6, 2020 from heart failure in Tokyo at the age of 94.[3]
