Tara Dawn Holland
Tara Dawn Holland (born October 2, 1972, Overland Park, Kansas) is a former Miss America 1997. She was representing under Kansas in September 1996 at the Miss America 1997 pageants during which she won the title.[1]
Before competing in the Miss America Pageants in 1996, Holland won an undergraduate degree from the Florida State University three years earlier.[2] She also attended the University of Missouri at Kansas City.
