Terry Carter
Terry Carter (born John Everett DeCoste; December 16, 1928 – April 23, 2024) was an American actor and movie director. He was known for his roles as Sgt. Joe Broadhurst on the seven-year TV series McCloud[1] and as Colonel Tigh on the original Battlestar Galactica. He was born in New York City.
