The Late Late Show with Craig Ferguson was an American late-night talk show. It was hosted by Craig Ferguson. It was on CBS. The show was on the air from 2005-2014.

On 8 September 2014, James Corden was announced as new host, replacing Ferguson. The show started on 23 March 2015, titled The Late Late Show with James Corden.
