Thomas J. Bliley Jr.
Thomas Jerome "Tom" Bliley Jr. (January 28, 1932 – November 16, 2023) was an American Republican politician. He was a U.S. Representative from the state of Virginia from 1981 to 2001.[1] He was the mayor of Richmond, Virginia from 1970 to 1977.
