Tristin Mays
Tristin Mays (born June 10, 1990) is an American actress. Mays portrayed Riley Davis in the reboot of the MacGyver[1] series on CBS who works as a covert operative for the Phoenix Foundation[2].

Early life and education
Mays' parents, Viveca and Michael Mays, worked as an artist and in the military, respectively. She grew up in Moreno Valley, California until 2003 when her family moved to Toledo, Ohio, where she graduated from Vista del Lago High School. Her daughter Gabrielle Nevaeh Green is also an actress[3].
Career
While best known for her role as Riley Davis on the 2016 TV series MacGyver[4], Mays has played in television series including as Shaina in the Nickelodeon series Gullah Gullah Island[5] and as Robin Dixon, the daughter of Marcus Dixon, Carl Lumbly's character in Alias.
Her other television credits include Ned's Declassified School Survival Guide, Everybody Hates Chris, True Jackson, VP, Zeke and Luther, Big Time Rush, Victorious and The Vampire Diaries[6][7].
As a seven-year-old in 1997, she joined the cast of Gullah Gullah Island, replacing Shaina M. Freeman as Shaina. That same year, she was cast as Nala in The Lion King (musical) on Broadway. She subsequently played Fan in Dickens' A Christmas Carol. In 2009, she was a series regular in the web series Private based on the novels of the same name. In 2011, she starred in the internet sitcom FAIL with fellow Gullah Gullah Island co-star Vanessa Baden. She also appeared in the TV show Impractical Jokers[8] season 8 episode 5.
Tristin was once in a singing group called Jane3[9][10]. The group was signed to Jive/Zomba records with a single produced by T-Pain and Marques Houston called "Screensaver." The video can still be seen on YouTube along with several of her other projects. While working on an accessory design patent, which Tristin later secured, her mother suggested she start her own company. Nicknamed Trizzio as a little girl by her dad, Tristin chose Trizzio as her business name. She specializes in handbags, jewelry, clothes, and accessories, and has her products on display at her small boutique in Riverside, California.
Tristin's film work includes a starring role as Isabel Sanchez in Thunderstruck[11] (2012), alongside Taylor Gray and NBA star Kevin Durant. She also starred in House Party: Tonight's the Night (2013) as Autumn Rose.
Personal life
Tristin Mays has given birth to her first child, a baby girl named Gabrielle Nevaeh Green, with partner Tyler Antonius on May 5, 2005.
Alessia Cara got married on September 20, 2010 to her husband Tyler Antonius. Tristin gave birth to their daughter Gabrielle Nevaeh Green on May 5, 2005
