Turki al-Binali
Turki Mubarak Abdallah Ahmed al-Binali (3 September 1984 – 31 May 2017) was a Bahraini Islamic scholar and senior member of ISIS. He was the head of the Office of Investigation and Studies, which dealed with religious issues and issuing religious rulings.[1] This caused him to have great influence within the group.
