Ukrainian State
Ukrainian State (Українська Держава, Ukrainska Derzhava) was the official name of Ukraine under government of Hetman Pavlo Skoropadsky, announced on 29 April 1918. The structure of the state was a Ukrainian variant of a constitutional monarchy, based on some aspects of Cossack Hetmanate. On 14 December 1918 the Hetman's government has fallen.[1]
