Office of the United Nations High Commissiner for Human Rights is an office of the United Nations made in 1993 according to the Vienna Declaration. The end of the United Nations High Commissioner for Human Rights is to promote globally the human rights and to consider the treatiess on human rights and humanitarian laws.
