Valerie Perrine

Valerie Ritchie Perrine (September 3, 1943 – March 23, 2026) was an American model and actress. She was nominated for Academy Awards and Golden Globe Awards. She played Marcy, the wife of a corrupt policeman, in the 1982 movie The Border. She played Miss Eve Teschmacher in the movies Superman (1978) and Superman II (1980), and Mona in Boiling Point, a 1993 thriller movie.
Perrine was born in Galveston, Texas.
In 2015, Perrine was diagnosed with Parkinson's disease.[1] She died on March 23, 2026 at her home in Beverly Hills, California from cardiopulmonary arrest caused by Parkinson’s at the age of 82.[2]
