Viktor Sukhodrev

Viktor Mikhaylovich Sukhodrev (12 December 1932 – 16 May 2014) was a Soviet-born Russian personal interpreter. He worked among others, Nikita Khrushchev, Leonid Brezhnev, Mikhail Gorbachev and Alexey Kosygin. His career spanned for about 30 years. In 2012, Sukhodrev received the Russian national prize Translator of the Year.[1]

Sukhodrev died in Moscow, Russia, aged 81.
