Wayne Allard
Wayne Allard (born December 2, 1943[1]) was a Republican U.S. Senator from Colorado. He served in the United States Senate from 1997 to 2009. He was in the United States House of Representatives from 1991 to 1997.[1] In 2003, Allard tried to make same-sex marriage illegal.[2] In April 2006 , Time called Allard one of America's 5 Worst Senators. Time called him "The Invisible Man". [3]

Allard was born on December 2, 1943 in Fort Collins, Colorado. He graduated from the Colorado State University. He is married to Joan Malcolm. They have two children.
