West Indies Championship
The West Indies 4-Day Championship is the first-class cricket championship of the Caribbean countries affiliated to Cricket West Indies. It was launched in 1965–66 as the Shell Shield, and has undergone several rebrands and name changes. It became the West Indies 4-Day Championship in 2021–22. The competing teams are Barbados, Guyana, Jamaica, Leeward Islands, Trinidad and Tobago, and Windward Islands. The most successful team has been Barbados, who have won 23 titles, most recently in 2021–22.[1]
