Western Metropolitan Region
The Western Metropolitan Region is one of the eight electoral districts in Victoria. The people in these districts can vote for the Victorian Legislative Council. It is for people who live in the western Melbourne suburbs of Footscray, Kororoit, Laverton, Niddrie, Point Cook, St Albans, Sunbury, Sydenham, Tarneit, Werribee and Williamstown. Five politicians are elected based on how many votes each party gets. The current members are: Lizzie Blandthorn, Moira Deeming, David Etteshank, Trung Luu and Ingrid Stitt.
