White Dog is a 1982 American drama movie. It is about a white dog that is trained to attack black people. Kristy McNichol plays Julie Sawyer, Paul Winfield plays Keys, and Burl Ives plays Carruthers.

The movie was very controversial for its racial themes. Paramount Pictures didn't release it for a long time because of concern for negative press. It was finally released uncut in the United States in December 2008.
