Winston Bryant
Winston Bryant (born October 3, 1938) is an American politician and attorney. He was the Secretary of State of Arkansas (1977–1978), the 14th Lieutenant Governor of Arkansas (1981–1991) and Arkansas Attorney General (1991–1999).[1]
