Zoë Heller
Zoë Kate Hinde Heller (born 7 July 1965) is an English journalist and novelist. Her three published books are Everything You Know (1999), Notes on a Scandal (2003) and The Believers (2008). Notes on a Scandal was shortlisted for the Booker Prize. It was also made into a 2006 movie, starring Judi Dench and Cate Blanchett.
As a journalist, Heller has written for The Independent, Vanity Fair, The New Yorker, The Sunday Times and The Daily Telegraph.
Heller was born in St Pancras, London. Her father, Lukas Heller, was a German Jewish immigrant. Her brother, Bruno Heller, is also a writer. She married American screenwriter Lawrence Konner in 2007, although the couple have since split. She has two daughters.[1]
