Đặng Thị Ngọc Thịnh
Đặng Thị Ngọc Thịnh (born 25 December 1959) is a Vietnamese politician. She was the acting President of Vietnam after the death of Trần Đại Quang from 21 September 2018 to 23 October 2018. She was also the Vice President of Vietnam from 2016 until 2021.[1]
