Ōkato
Ōkato is a coastal town in the Taranaki Region of New Zealand's North Island. It is located on State Highway 45 and is 12 kilometers northeast of Ōakura and Warea 9 kilometers to the southwest. The town was established in the 1860s during the New Zealand Wars. It has a primary school in the town.
