Competitors at the opening ceremony, 1996 Summer Paralympic Games
The 1996 Summer Paralympics took place in Atlanta, Georgia, United States.[1] 3,259 athletes from 104 countries were at the Games. People with these types of disabilities competed at the games: spinal injury, amputee, blindness, cerebral palsy, Les Autres, and intellectually disability.[2]
