Abel Ricardo Laudonio (30 August 1938 – 12 August 2014) was an Argentine boxer. He competed in the Lightweight division during his career as an beginner.[1] Laudonio won a Lightweight Bronze Medal at the 1960 Rome Olympic Games as a Member of the Argentine Olympic Team.
Laudonio turned pro in 1961 and challenged Nicolino Locche for the South American lightweight title, but lost a decision.
In 2004, Laudonio was diagnosed with Alzheimer's disease.[2] In 2009, he suffered a stroke.[2] Laudonio died in Buenos Aires, Argentina from a stroke, aged 75.[3]
