Al Harrington

Albert "Al" Harrington (born February 17, 1980 in Orange, New Jersey) is an American professional basketball player. He plays for the NBA's Denver Nuggets. The forward stands six feet nine inches (2.06 m), and weighs 250 pounds (113 kg).

At only 18 years of age, Al was selected by the Indiana Pacers. He was the 25th pick of the 1998 NBA Draft. On July 15, 2004, Harrington was traded to the Atlanta Hawks for Stephen Jackson.[1] After the 2005–06 NBA season he became a free agent. For the 2006–07 season he went with the Pacers again.[2]

On January 17, 2007, Harrington was traded to the Golden State Warriors along with teammates Stephen Jackson, Šarūnas Jasikevičius, and Josh Powell for Troy Murphy, Mike Dunleavy, Ike Diogu, and Keith McLeod.[3] On November 21, Harrington was traded to the New York Knicks for guard Jamal Crawford. On July 15, 2010, Al Harrington signed a contract with the Denver Nuggets [4]
