All-female band
The all female band is a musical group made exclusively of female musicians. Such groups include the Go-Go's, Bangles, The Andrews Sisters, The Runaways and 4 Non Blondes. Farida Vakil founded one of the first female bands in India, The Ladybirds.
All-female bands are not restricted by mainstream genres.
