Amjad Sabri
Amjad Farid (Fareed) Sabri (23 December 1976 – 22 June 2016) was a Pakistani singer. He became one of South Asia's most famous qawwali singers. He was murdered by a drive-by shooting on June 22, 2016.[2]

Death
Ahjad Sabri was shot and killed in Karachi in a targeted killing by a splinter group of the Pakistani Taliban on 22 June 2016. He was 39 years old.[3]
